2 cups vanilla frozen non-dairy ice cream (e.g. Vanilla Soy Ice Cream, from Soja)
3/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup apple juice
1 cup diced apple
cinnamon & nutmeg to taste

Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
